Arrival & Check-in Information

Each program has its own arrival date. You can check into the dorm and get airport pick-up service on that designated day.
We offer airport pick-up service from Incheon (ICN) and Gimpo (GMP) airports. If you’d like, our friendly DKU buddies will meet you at the airport and guide you all the way to campus.

Incheon International Airport(ICN) About 90 minutes 25,000won
Gimpo International Airport(GMP) About 70 minutes 20,000won
  • You’ll receive an email about one week before your arrival with all the details and schedule for the airport pick-up. The pick-up fee can be paid to the ISS Team during orientation.
  • If you plan to come to campus on your own, please head to Woongbi Hall (dormitory) between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the arrival date. Our team will be waiting at the greeting desk in the dorm lobby to help you with check-in and answer any questions.
  • We’ll make sure to send all arrival information and instructions by email one week before your arrival date so you can prepare with confidence.

Moving Out & Getting to the Airport

All participants are asked to move out of the dorm on the designated move-out date.
Getting to the airport is easy! You can take a shuttle from campus or nearby town, arrange a van, or choose from other transportation options. We’ll go over all the details during the program so you can pick the option that works best for you.
